We really encourage our children to get to know Jesus for themselves.
We run age-specific sunday school groups for children aged 2-11 during the morning service. Our team of trained church family volunteers make every effort to teach the wonderful message of Jesus in an engaging way.
Typically a session would include singing, games, activities, and crafts to help communicate the Bible message clearly. We also run a supervised creche for little ones under 2 years of age.
If you're visiting, you'd be really welcome to join us!
If you want to find out more about the children's work at CCM, please get in touch with Mary Pfeiffer.
If it would be helpful, please do get in touch about any SEND requirements.
We would love to give every child the best possible welcome.
At Christ Church Mayfair we have an exciting and thriving ministry for teenagers, with groups meeting on Sundays, a Friday youth group, and a calendar filled with many other special events.
years 7-9
Pathfinders join the start of the service and then head out for their own dedicated session. This typically includes some icebreaker games followed by a group Bible study.
years 10-13
Logos group members stay in the service and meet afterwards to discuss the sermon together and pray.
Outside of Sundays leaders meet with Logos members to read the Bible one-to-one.
Every two weeks we meet on a Friday evening, Pathfinders and Logos together. We hang out together enjoying snacks, chat, games and teaching from God's word.
Phil Short looks after the Youth Ministry at CCM. If you have any questions about it he would love to hear from you.
We are committed to welcoming young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Please get in contact with Phil to discuss how we can best support your child.
Little Lambs is our midweek haven for preschool children and their caregivers.
The group runs from 10.00-11.30 every Thursday morning during term time and meets in the CCM church building. We provide a safe environment for your children, with time to play, to sing together and share in story telling each week. We also want to look after parents and caregivers and offer the friendship, community and all important coffee and cake we know you need!
Please do pop in and join us, no booking required. We very much look forward to welcoming you.
